 We need to understand that the skin is the widest area of the body and anything u put on it is absorbed quickly into the bloodstream. The best things to put on our bodies as beauty products are food.

There's a saying that what you can't eat, don't put on your body. I tend to agree with that. The best beauty products are food. Beauty starts from inside out. I mean your diet affects your skin’s health.
So let's start our outer beauty from inside.

By using natural products to beautify your skin you not only beautify but you help your skin absorb antioxidants, stimulate the immune system and also enhance the skins UV resistance.

The following foods can be used:

  • Coconut oil
  • Raw honey
  • Sea salt especially Himalayan salt
  • Avocado
  • Aloe Vera
  • Cocoa powder
  • Lemon
  • Eggs
  • Turmeric
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Curd
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Almond oil
  • Olive oil
  • Avocado oil
  • Hemp seed oil
  • Foods rich in omega 3 like flaxseed   , chia seeds, hemp seeds
  •  Spirulina
  • Green tell

If you take lemon water regularly it gives clear skin

  • Aloe Vera

  • Oatmeal

  • Paw paw 

 Making facial masks with chlorella , wheat grass and barleygrass help to detoxify and remove heavy metals from the body.

 Eating foods high in vitamin C and Sulphur (examples are garlic and eggs) help build collagen

 Other foods that boost collagen production are:

  • Walnuts
  • Flaxseeds
  • Avocado
  • Citrus
  • Bone broth
  • Omega 3 rich foods
  • Blueberries are awesome!

Eating vegetables like kale and spinach help prevent collagen breakdown as they are loaded with antioxidants.

Foods rich in lycopene like beetroot. Tomatoes, red bell peppers boost collagen production.

Additionally, mouthwashes as they are loaded with a lot chemicals but I do something called oil pulling, very powerful for detox and thoroughly cleaning the mouth and removing germs better than most mouthwashes.

You put a spoonful of oil like coconut oil in the mouth and swish it around your mouth for about 10 minutes spit it out. This gets the bacteria stuck to it. Rinse your mouth with salt water then brush your teeth.

I've found it to have also unblocked my sinuses. Fluoride and SLS in toothpaste are quite toxic. Neem (dongoyaro oil ) has been researched and found to be great for dental issues , I've started using the dried stem as my chewing stick .

Combining this with oil pulling is amazing.

Plants are nature’s pharmacy. They are loaded with PHYTONUTRIENT or phytochemicals. Don't joke with greens and fruits, love them.
